Orders and payments take place on Etsy. Our public website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The owner workspace uses a secure sign-in cookie.

For custom artwork, we process the photo and personalization you provide for your order. House photos are sent to xAI for AI-assisted artwork generation. Lettering is added separately in our private studio. The source photo, generated artwork, final print and requested lettering are then sent to a separate xAI vision model for quality review. Both API calls incur processing charges. Please provide only images you have permission to use; avoid photos containing people or unnecessary personal details.

Order references, photos and artwork are stored in a private workspace on our Hetzner server and checked automatically. A passing quality report approves the print; two failed production/review cycles pause for the shop owner. They are not made publicly accessible or sold. Working files are kept for order fulfillment and revisions and removed within 90 days after completion; private backups are retained for up to seven additional days. Etsy retains its own order records under its policies.
